Attention Students! Call for Entries: "Digital Art Gallery" at Macworld Conference & Expo. Digital artists of all backgrounds are invited to submit original works of art that have been created or enhanced using Mac hardware or software tools. Artists submitting work must be 18 years of age or older, and must reside in the United States. The cost to enter is $20.00, with a 3-image submission limit. Deadline is Friday, October 31, 2008. Picturing America, an exciting new initiative from the National Endowment for the Humanities, brings masterpieces of American art into classrooms and libraries nationwide.  Through this innovative program, students and citizens will gain a deeper appreciation of our country’s history and character through the study and understanding of its art.  Deadline is November 14, 2008.
