The NAEA Research Needs Assessment survey is an opportunity to provide vital feedback for what matters to you, a valued NAEA member.
As an NAEA member, your voice counts when it comes to determining content areas reflective of your interests and needs. The purpose of the study is to identify the research needs and support resources needed by members of the NAEA membership at all levels. This information should be useful to the organization in revising a Research Agenda for the future.
All members of the NAEA are invited to participate in this study. Participation will require approximately 15 minutes of your time over to answer the online survey. If you decide to participate, you will be answering a survey voluntarily.
Your participation in this survey may benefit you personally as you learn more the perspectives about research held by other art education professionals. Overall, it is hoped we will gain information that may potentially help in developing research initiatives within NAEA. Participation in this research is confidential.
All survey responses will be kept confidential and private. Your NAEA membership number will be used only to validate that a member has replied to the survey.
Only the researchers will have access to the information you provide. It will be stored in password- and firewall-protected computers. The findings will be summarized and reported in group form. You or your institution will not be identified.
