Orders from bookstores, universities, and libraries must be prepaid.
PLEASE NOTE: All university bookstores, resellers, and textbook brokers may purchase NAEA publications at the non-member rate. Bookstores, resellers, and brokers may be eligible for the member rate in two instances: (1) order is for a quantity of 10 or more of the same publication; and/or (2) order includes a valid member ID number.
NAEA accepts other returns made within 30 days from date of delivery and will pay return shipping if the order was damaged or incorrectly filled. Returns are not accepted from bookstores or universities.
